CES 2020 Trends and Insights Live: Technology’s Impact on Customer Identity

Every year at work, I’m part of a team that takes clients on customized tours of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). We do this by reviewing all 5,000+ vendors at the show, winnowing them down to the most interesting, and then constructing 90-minute tours through the show to help clients understand the future of technology and their business. After CES 2020, I participated in this livestream, hosted on LinkedIn, to share some of the highlights of what we saw for people who weren’t able to attend CES in person.
