Just One Look, by Harlan Coben
As I understand it, Coben is respected as a writer of smart, modern, tight crime thrillers. His novel of the same name was the basis of the film Tell No One, which was really good. This, however, was terrible. Bad writing, poor plot, cardboard characters. Nothing to see here; move it along.
